Reporting a wrong score or a bad explanation
Tell us the product name and barcode if you have it, and what you expected instead. Product data comes from public databases and manufacturers reformulate constantly, so corrections genuinely help — yours and everyone else's.
Subscriptions and refunds
Prano Pro is billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings; refunds are requested through Apple. The Terms of Service set this out in full.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, under Profile. If you no longer have the app installed, use the account deletion page.

Prano is general wellness information, not medical advice, and it must never be relied on for allergen safety — always check the pack. For anything about your health, talk to a qualified professional.
