Confirm deletion
Pressing the button below permanently deletes your Prano account and everything listed on this page under What gets deleted. It cannot be undone.
Subscribed to Prano Pro? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
If you still have Prano installed, the fastest route is in the app: Profile → Delete account. This page is for when you no longer have it installed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your health profile — goals, allergies, conditions, dietary preferences
- Your entire scan history and meal log
- Any photos you took of labels or meals
- Your conversations with the Prano assistant
What does not
- An active subscription. Prano Pro is billed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel it in your device's subscription settings first, or you will keep being charged.
- Transaction records we are required to keep for tax and accounting, held separately from your profile.
- Anonymous, aggregated product data that cannot be traced back to you.
Request deletion
Enter the email address on your account. We will send a confirmation link — the deletion happens when you follow it, so nobody can delete your account just by knowing your address.
Prefer to do it by email? Write to contact@anantex.com from the address on your account and we will handle it within 30 days.
